Well checkups
This visit includes: measurements, vision and hearing formal testing when appropriate, discussion of diet and environment, full physical, growth and development information, and vaccinations or bloodwork when needed.
Sick visits
This visit is used for illnesses, follow up for visits to urgent care or emergency rooms, need for referral to specialists, or other acute issues. Are usually available same day.
ADHD/Behavior visits
This visit is set up after receiving the necessary information from parents/schools/others to fully evaluate and set up a plan to address issues. Paperwork will need to be completed prior to scheduling. Call for assistance.
